AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION NOs.23985 AND 27229 OF 2007 COMMON ORDER: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Shri Nisar Ahmad Kakru) By medium of W.P.No.23985 of 2007 claiming to have been filed in public interest, the petitioner challenges G.O. Rt. No.191, dated 23.2.2007 having the effect of granting administrative sanction for formation of bypass road at Nunna Village from KM 10/6 to 16/0 of Vijayawada – Nuzvid Road in Krishna District, as also follow up action provided vide Memo No.5936/R.VI(2)/2007-4, dated 6.8.2007. Another writ petition – W.P. No.27229 of 2007 also relates to the same subject matter questioning the same G.O. as in above referred writ petition.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. We have gone through the record. We find no reason not even worth the name which would persuade us to prevent the Government from giving effect to the impugned order. That apart it is for the Government to see whether road is required or not. Dismissed.
