The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing Sri A. Chandraiah Naidu, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following:
ORDER:
Sri A. Chandraiah Naidu, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that he has been informed that the suit ended in compromise before the trial Court and the civil revision petition is no longer necessary.
Consequently, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
