Office has submitted report dated 11.08.2021stating therein that there are no persons by name of Gulli and Dulli sons of Bhagat Yadav, in village Amwa Deegar. It has been further stated that there were two persons Gulli and Dulli sons of Mangal Yadav, in village Amwa Deegar, who died 5 years and 4 years ago.
As the appellants have died. Hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
Lower Court record be transmitted to the District Court concerned.
