On the basis of temporary injunction the petitioner has filed an application on 15.09.2018 before the District Magistrate, Bhadohi. Even though orders on the application have been passed, the protection as was prayed for has not been granted.
Sub-Divisional Officer and the District Magistrate, Bhadohi may look into the representation of the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
