Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sudhir Mehrotra learned counsel appearing for the District Court.
Today, learned counsel appearing for the District Court has informed that there is no temporary injunction application pending. The order sheet reveals that even issues have not been framed till date.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that issues may be framed within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Thereafter an eandeavour shall be made to decide the Suit No. 410 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
