JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. Rule. Ms. Asmita Patel, learned AGP waives service of notice of rule for respondent State. With the consent of learned advocates for the parties, rule is fixed forthwith.
2. Both the advocates have agreed in principle that the petition is required to be disposed of in terms of the orders produced on record at page no. 25 to 31. Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
3. Learned AGP under the instructions submits that on petitioner approaching the authority in accordance with the terms of the circular dated 30/7/2011 and dated 7/1/2012, then the document would be registered. In view of this, learned advocate seeks the permission to withdraw this petition. Permission as sought for is granted, with a liberty to file fresh petition in case of difficulty. Rule discharged. No costs. Direct service permitted.
