Heard Sri Akash Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramesh Pundir, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent authorities to remove illegal encroachment from Arazi No. 946 situated at Village Sanehua, Tehsil Kashimabad, District Ghazipur within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a short counter affidavit has been filed annexing therewith coloured photographs of the spot, wherein specific assertions regarding removal of encroachment has been made and according to which the encroachment has been removed. He submits that no one is turning up to submit reply to the same.
Accordingly, it appears that the stand taken by the respondent authorities is correct and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
Present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
