Heard the learned advocate Mr. H.C. Rawal on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Paul learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

This Court issued rule on 5.5.2008 and granted ad-interim relief in terms of para 8(C) qua back wages only.

Learned advocate Mr. Rawal appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that workman is already reinstated in service by the Corporation, which fact is not disputed by learned advocate Mr. Paul. Therefore, ad-interim relief granted earlier in terms of para 8(C) qua back wages is confirmed till the matter is finally decided by this Court.
