(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Qureshi, submitted that the tender in question is already scrapped and learned counsel for the respondent, Mr.D.G.Chauhan, submitted that earlier tender having been scrapped and the order of blacklisting the petitioner having not been communicated, if the petitioner were to be blacklisted for any future tender process, it will be informed and given an opportunity of being heard before taking any final decision regarding eligibility of the petitioner to bid. Learned counsel for the petitioner having been satisfied with the statement, which is being recorded in the order, the petition is not pressed for any further relief or any order on merits. Accordingly, it is disposed and Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
