JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017 submitted in person for conducting enquiry relating to the genuineness of the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in TRA 07 of 2001 in the light of proceedings of the 2nd Respondent dated 12.08.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The case of the petitioner is that on earlier occasion, the petitioner had filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.13378 of 2014 for a direction to furnish a certified copy of the order dated 27.03.2013 passed by the 2nd respondent herein in T.R.A.No.7 of 2001 dated 27.03.2003, which came to be disposed of by this Court directing the 2nd respondent to produce the same and the failure to comply with the direction resulted in filing a Contempt Petition in Cont.P.(MD) No.315 of 2015. It is the further case of the petitioner that though initially the 2nd respondent, vide a communication dated 12.08.2015 informed the petitioner that the records relating to the lease order (Kattu Kuthagai) in TRA No.7 of 2001 could not be traced, later the same was produced before this Court in the month of July, 2017, pursuant to which, the contempt petition was closed. It is submitted that on receipt of a copy of the same, the petitioner submitted several representations, the last one of which was dated 14.06.2017 for conducting enquiry relating to the genuineness of the order dated 27.03.2003 in TRA No.7 of 2001 and since there was no action taken on the representation, he is before this Court.
4. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a reasonable time is granted to the respondents, the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders passed.
5. In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017 by completing the enquiry as expeditiously as possible, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner shall also place all the documentary evidences to the authority concerned along with a copy of this order for conclusion of the enquiry at the earliest point of time.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
