JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue the monetary benefits including salaryto his wife, the Petitioner herein.
2.Mr.P.Sridharan,learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Though the Petitioner has come forward with a prayer that the respondent shall extend the benefits including the salary and other benefits of late Gurusamy to the Petitioner who is the wife of the said Late Gurusamy, who was employed under the respondent, as the punishment has already been imposed and that from 22.10.2003 to 26.10.2009, the date on which he has retired, died subsequently, the petitioner restricted that she has made a representation on 20.7.2016, which may be considered and appropriate orders may be passed taking note of his age.
4. The counsel for the respondent would submit that it is agreeable for the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders thereon.
5. In view of the submission, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.7.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of two months from the date on which a copy of this order is made ready, preferably on or before 31.3.2017. No costs.
