(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The proceedings sought to be assailed before us dated 8.8.2016 of the second respondent are sequitur to the orders passed by the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, in Application Nos.90 and 133 of 2015. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain the petition and the petitioner may approach the National Green Tribunal, Southern Zone, Chennai, if it is their plea that the full facts were not brought to the notice of the National Green Tribunal.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.37967 and 37968 of 2016 are closed.
