In a suit which was decreed on 12.11.2003 in favour of the Gaon Sabha-petitioner, a recall application has been filed by the respondent no. 1 which is pending consideration.
The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the fact that the application is not being decided, the order dated 12.11.2003 is not being enforced.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the recall application filed by the respondent no. 1 be decided within two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
