1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:
"5(B) Allow present Application by fixing the early date of hearing Special Civil Application No.1080/2003, in the interest of justice."
2. The applicant-original petitioner is dismissed from service vide order passed in 2003. This Court admitted the petition vide order dated 21/10/2004. Almost eight years have passed since the admission of petition and now present applicant has taken out present application seeking early date of hearing. Ordinarily the Court would not entertain such application for early hearing in priority over the matters which are pending on cause list for final hearing. However, considering the fact that present case involves the issue about the petitioner's termination, the office is directed to list the petition in the cause list of final hearing with the petitions involving the challenge against dismissal orders, according to its seniority.
3. With the aforesaid clarification and direction, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
