JUDGMENT / ORDER

The respondent passed an order in compliance of the direction given by this Court in W.P.No.1155 of 2015.
2. The petitioner filed a writ petition challenging the said order in W.P.No.40987 of 2016.

3. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. It is open to the petitioner to take up all contentions in the writ petition in W.P.No.40987 of 2016.
4. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
