JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred by the applicant convict for extension of parole leave on the ground that he wishes to take treatment from a private doctor as he is suffering from major depression (moderated) in remission phase.
Vide order dated 14.03.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application no.581/2012, on the basis of a Certificate dated 09.03.2012, this Court had granted parole leave of 20 days to the applicant on the very same ground.
Considering the above aspect, and since no convincing ground appears for exercise of powers, this application is rejected.
