Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the District Judge, Aligarh to decide the stay application which is pending in Civil Appeal No. 43 of 2019 (Govind Ram vs. Smt. Gayatri Devi and others).
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the District Judge, Aligarh to decide the stay application which is pending in Civil Appeal No. 43 of 2019 (Govind Ram vs. Smt. Gayatri Devi and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
