O R D E R We had requested the learned Advocate General, in the changed circumstances, whether the applicant-respondent could be provided a cadre post, for which he has taken time.
2. Today, the learned Advocate General submits that the applicant-respondent would be considered against the cadre post. The submission is taken record. In the light of the submission made, petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that the order of the Tribunal shall not be treated as precedent in any other case.
3. Petition accordingly stands disposed of. In view of the submission, the interim order stands dissolved.
