ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“… Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents in conducting the verification and granting the permission to establish Secondary School in the name and style as Goutham Model School at Adilabad, Adilabad District despite satisfying the criteria laid down under the A.P. Education Act, 1982 and the A.P. Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Schools under Private Managements) Rules, 1993 apart from satisfying the dicta laid down by this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.2058 of 2006 dated 26.04.2006, as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discriminatory and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to conduct verification and grant permission to establish Secondary School in the name and style as Goutham Model School at Adilabad, Adilabad District.”
At the hearing, Sri T. Tejeswara Rao representing Sri K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
