Shah, learned APP, on instructions received from respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that the vehicle in question detained due to the excess load than the permissible limit under the Motor Vehicle Act will be released upon the petitioner producing necessary documents viz. Registration Certificate of the vehicle, proof of ownership and licence, etc., in accordance with law.

In view of the above, prayer made by the petitioner no more survives.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.

Notice is discharged.

Direct service is permitted.
