JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. However, in the interest of justice, the matter stands adjourned to 9th July, 2008. In the meanwhile, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall take instructions as regards the veracity of the allegations made in the last paragraph of the complaint.
On that day, it would be open for the learned advocate for the petitioner to press for interim relief.
