Heard Shri R.R. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri Suyash Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Nimai Dass, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1,3 and 5 and Shri Nipendra Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent no.5.
It appears from the instructions that the proceedings under Section 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending and no final recovery orders have been issued against the petitioner.
In view of the above, no cause of action has arisen as yet for the petitioner to maintain this petition.
The writ petition is premature and it is accordingly dismissed.
