The prayer of the petitioner is that the suit being Original Suit No.2231 of 2016 (Gomti Devi Vs. Santosh Kumar & Ors.) be decided expeditiously.
The order sheet reveals that issues were framed on 30.10.2017 and thereafter issue nos.2 and 3 have also been decided.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the suit be decided as expeditiously as is possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
