The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide impleadment application filed by the petitioner bearing Paper No.25A in Original Suit No.1117 of 2019 expeditiously.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the said application is being fixed for disposal by the trial court since 11.07.2019.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the said application expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
