Heard Mr.Satyam Y. Chhaya, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted that the impugned order passed by the Revisional Authority is without application of mind, inasmuch as deletion of the concerned entry would almost amount to setting aside the Sale Deed, that has been executed in favour of the petitioner in the year 1997. The learned advocate for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court, the judgment of the Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal No.1241/2010 in Special Civil Application No.13578/2008 dated 10.05.2011.
Issue Notice returnable on 17.04.2012.
Status quo, as it exists today, qua the land in question, shall be maintained till then.
