All the respondents are granted one month's time to file counter affidavit.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a period of three weeks thereafter.
List thereafter along with Writ -C No. 40702 of 2017 before the appropriate Bench.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that lease rent is being enhanced on the basis of judgment passed by this Court in the case of Gajraj and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, (2011) 11 ADJ 1.
The matter requires consideration.
Till the next date of listing, operation of demand notice dated 27.06.2013 and 29.10.2018, annexure nos. 6 and 7 to the writ petition, issued by the respondent no. 2, shall remain stayed.
When the case is listed next, the name of Sri Bhanu Bhushan Jauhari be shown as counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
This case shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
