Madras High Court|08 February, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) In another writ petition (W.P.No.7505 of 2013), the larger issue qua reducing the number of TASMAC shops, especially where they violate certain norms, has been dealt with and time has been taken by the authorities concerned till 31.3.2017 to complete the task.
2. In view of the aforesaid, we see no purpose in maintaining a separate writ petition in respect of the TASMAC shop in question, where it has already been informed to the petitioner that the liquor shop will be shifted after obtaining orders from the head office of the TASMAC.
The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
