JUDGMENT / ORDER

As per the present determination, Labour Court matters for final hearing are allotted to this Court.
The Registry is directed to examine the matter and after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, place the same for final hearing before the appropriate Court.
