B.R. Gupta, Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present. However, none appears for respondent No.1, today. It appears from the order dated 9.4.2012 that the respondent had not appeared in spite of having been served. Thereafter, Mr. S. S. Trivedi, learned advocate, has appeared on behalf of the respondent and talks of settlement appear to have been going on between the parties.
As per order dated 10.5.2012, Mr. S.S. Trivedi, learned advocate for the respondent was not present in spite of two calls. Today, as well, the learned advocate for the respondent is not present.
