Heard Sri Kalp Nath for the petitioner and Sri R.V. Pandey for respondents.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay the stagnation increment and to pay the interest after modification of payment of pension.
The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending before Zonal Manager, respondent-2.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Zonal Manager, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner , expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
