Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. A short counter affidavit filed today on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4 is also taken on record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents no. 3 and 4 to issue B.Ed. degree 2013 to the petitioner within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.
Sri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 states that the relief as has been prayed for has been granted to the petitioner and a recommendation has been made. A copy of the allotment dated 25.5.2021 has been filed as annexure 2 to the supplementary affidavit.
In such view of the matter, present petition has become infructuous. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
