Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The sole submission of counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Principle Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to decide the Petition No.365 of 2017 (Girish Kumar vs. Shipra Sharma) filed under Section 13 of Hindu Marriages Act, 1955.
In view of above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Principle Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to decide the Petition No.365 of 2017 (Girish Kumar vs. Shipra Sharma) filed under Section 13 of Hindu Marriages Act, 1955 expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
