Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 6 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Firozabad, District-Firozabad, to ensure the fair and transparent investigation in case crime no. 0204/2019 under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Police Station-Eka, District-Firozabad."
Mrs. Archana Singh, learned AGA-Ist, on the basis of instructions, has raised the objection regarding the maintainability of this writ petition on the ground that against two accused persons, namely Ramnath and Anar Singh, final report and against Ram Khiladi, charge sheet, in this very case crime number, has already been submitted and so far as the request of petitioners, at this stage, is itself infructuous.
Objection is sustainable.
The cause for filing this writ petition is not surviving.
Dismissed as infructuous.
