Heard Mr.P.M.Thakkar, learned Senior Counsel appearing with Mr.A.N.Parmar, for the applicant. Mr.Thakkar has read Ex.30 to 33 and submitted that the question involved in this matter is already settled between the parties. He has further submitted that the amount is already paid by the father of the applicant to the complainant.
