Learned counsel Mrs. Vasavdatta Bhatt submitted that learned counsel appearing for the respondent Mr. Y.V. Shah has expressed no objection to the application being allowed. Accordingly, delay of 63 days in filing the application for restoration of the appeal is condoned and Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.
