1. Heard Ms. Anjana Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri O. P. Gupta, learned counsel for respondent.

This writ petition is directed against judgment and order dated 10.7.2015 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad in Original Application (hereinafter referred to as 'O.A.') No.625 of 2011 directing petitioner to process the case of applicant/respondent for regularisation taking into consideration long 21 years of services rendered by her in petitioner's department.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that applicant/respondent was a part time labourer who was required to work only 2-4 hours and, therefore, could not have been regularized.
4. When questioned as to what evidence was relied upon before Tribunal so that to prove that applicant/respondent was a part time employee who had to work for only 2-4 hours, learned counsel for petitioner could not place any material whatsoever except bare assertion made in counter affidavit filed before Tribunal. Tribunal has also referred to own document of respondents while recording its findings in para 6 of judgment wherein it has been mentioned that respondents themselves issued a notification on 20.9.2000 wherein part time casual labourers working for less than four hours per day were converted into full time casual labourers.
5. No other point has been argued before us.
6. We, therefore, find no manifest error of law in impugned order warranting any interference.
7. Dismissed accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
