JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the request of Police Inspector, CID Crime, Ahmedabad City Unit No.1, as he has recently taken over investigation, I am inclined to adjourn the case to 12.4.2012. If no sincere efforts are not made, order in accordance with law will be passed in line with the earlier orders dated 24.1.2012 and 17.2.2012.
Copy of this order be given to the learned APP.
