JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 20.01.2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.01.2017. Even when the matter was listed on 27.01.2017, PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 03.02.2017 under the same caption 'for dismissal'.
