Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.3 to expedite the hearing of Suit No. 188 of 2016 (Ram Sharan Singh and another vs. Geetesh Dixit), pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Kanpur Dehat within stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending, and therefore the petition is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kanpur Dehat to expedite/decide the Suit No. 188 of 2016 (Ram Sharan Singh and another vs. Geetesh Dixit) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present petition.
