Heard Sri Omkar Nath Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the Mutation Case No.T2016054465435862 (Smt. Gayatri Devi Vs. Pasmati), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the respondent no.1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within eight months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
