Bearing in mind the fact that the challenge laid in the instant petition is with reference to the order passed by the Tehsildar in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Court Act 2006 and does not decide any substantive rights of the parties, the Court finds no ground to invoke its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution.

The petition is dismissed.
