ORDER Learned State Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. Petitioner has sought for the following relief: “Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ and direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the petitioner request vide Annexure-M and direct them to show the placement to the petitioner to work as D- group Employee”.
3. The petitioner was appointed with the respondent No.6-Management, due to policy of the State Government, post held by the petitioner was not permitted to have the grant-in-aid. Therefore, various correspondence is being made by the official respondents and management, if the petitioner could be accommodated in any other School in terms of the policy of the State Government. In such event, the respondent No.3 is directed to accommodate the petitioner in any other School. In the event of addressing the grievance of the petitioner that she cannot be accommodated, in such event, necessary speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above observation, petition stands disposed of.
Learned State Counsel is directed to file Memo of appearance within a period of four weeks.
