Mr. Iyer learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of the Court to Clause-5 of the Notification dated 19.04.2012 of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, more particularly, sub-clause-(ii) of Clause 5(1)(A), which reads as under;

"(ii) the Central Board of Secondary Education Board provided that the school in which the candidate has studied, should have been located in the State of Gujarat; or"

2. In view of the above, Notice returnable on 25.06.2012. Direct service permitted.
