Gauriben vs State

On instruction from Mr.H.L.Madiya, Law Officer, Finance Department who is personally present in the Court, learned AGP Mr. Janak Raval submitted that order in consonance with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 19/03/2012 will be passed within a day or two. The said instruction has been conveyed by Mr.Madiya who is present in the Court on the basis of direction and intimation received by him from the Secretary, Finance Department. In view of such submissions by learned AGP, S. O. to 04/05/2012.
