Ms. Shabana Nizam, learned counsel for the respondent is present before this Court and informed that vide order dated 29.08.2017 passed by another Bench of this Court, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, however, as per the report of the Mediation Centre dated 03.12.2017 even both parties appeared but they were not willing for mediation and thus, mediation has failed.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
