Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition is directed against an orders dated 26.05.2019 and 07.05.2019 passed by Tehsildar Orai in a mutation case.
It appears that a mutation case was decided in favour of the petitioner. The order of mutation was set aside on a recall application filed by the contesting respondent. Thereafter, the mutation case itself, appears to have been dismissed in default.
In my considered opinion, against the impugned orders the petitioner's has several alternative remedies one of which may be availed.
The petitioner can file recall application, in case, he wants recall of the order dismissing his mutation case in default. He can file an appeal against the order passed by the Tehsildar Orai.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of a statutory alternative remedy.
