Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- State.
The submission of Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners had appeared in the B.Ed. examination conducted by the respondent-university in the academic session 2013-14. The result of the examination of the petitioners has not been declared till date. The petitioners have made a representation in this regard, however, the respondents-authorities have not passed any order in this regard.
No useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.
The respondent No.2-University shall decide the representation of the petitioners regarding declaration of their result within a period of two months from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation.
It is clarified that this Court has not judged the merits of the claim of the petitioner nor has gone into the veracity of the assertions made in the writ petition.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
