Heard learned counsel for the applicants; the learned A.G.A. for the State; and have perused the record.
This application u/s 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeks quashing of the order dated 02.03.2016 by which the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-IVth, Kanpur has registered the complaint of the opposite party no.2, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and has issued summons to the opposite parties.
No good ground is made out to quash the said order.
The applicants are at liberty to file their objection and contest the proceeding.
