Heard Shri Ashutosh Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the department.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent no.3 to take appropriate action and decide the application dated 24.08.2018 by which the petitioner had provided certain information to the department for investigation for extracting black money.
We are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage or interfere in the ongoing procedure. It is expected that the authority concerned will proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
