With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5, Ghaziabad Development Authority to finalise the issue in the light of the judgments dated 29.05.2015 in Writ C No. 19786 of 2015 (Manish Kumar Kansal and another vs. State of U.P. and 8 others) and another judgment relied by learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ C No. 2392 of 2018 (Anurag Chaudhar and Another vs. Deputy Registrar Societies and 3 others) dated 06.09.2019.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
The Ghaziabad Development Authority will conclude the exercise as earliest possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
